As the co-founder of SPF, Inc., a successful corporation established in 2015 with her husband Teddy, Summer has honed her skills in leadership, strategic planning, and fostering relationships. Under her guidance, SPF, Inc. has become a trusted partner for major companies like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon, earning the prestigious "Large Business of the Year" award in 2019.

A proud Texarkana native, Summer’s commitment to her community runs deep. Since 2017, she has served as a city council member, advocating for local growth and development. She is also a dedicated volunteer, serving on executive boards for Texarkana Independent School District, St. James Day School, and numerous non-profit organizations such as CASA, the Junior League of Texarkana, and the American Red Cross.

Summer also serves on the Professional Standards Committee/Grievance, a standing committee of the Texarkana Board of Realtors. This committee oversees all matters related to the Code of Ethics as adopted by the National Association of Realtors and directs the operation and maintenance of the Texarkana Board of Realtors’ professional standards program. Additionally, it ensures that all potential Code of Ethics violations are referred to the Texas Association of Realtors or the Arkansas Association of Realtors in accordance with written agreements.

Summer’s journey into real estate is a natural progression of her love for helping others and her deep understanding of building foundations—both literal and figurative. With a History degree from Texas A&M Texarkana and a professional background that includes earning her insurance license and achieving numerous awards during her tenure with State Farm, she has a unique ability to navigate complex processes with ease.

A devoted wife, mother of three, and proud "Breezy" to her first grandchild, Bellamy Grey, Summer understands the importance of home as a foundation for family. Her weekends are spent on the farm, supporting her family at horse shows or enjoying quality time together. Summer also serves on the board of directors for the Arkansas Quarter Horse Association and the Four States Fair, reflecting her dedication to the equestrian community.
