We were in a position where we were selling our house in Maryland and buying a house in Rochester at the same time in December of 2022. Dinner-table conversations often centered on New York City real estate, instilling in her a lasting appreciation for the business at its highest level.

After attending New York University, Anastasia began her professional career in publishing, where she developed a sophisticated foundation in operations, marketing, and strategic growth. She served as Operations Manager for the Renewals Division at Time Magazine, directed major direct-mail campaigns for Time Out New York, and at U.S. News & World Report, she led the subsidiary responsible for standalone national franchises, including the highly regarded America’s Best Colleges. These roles required discernment, accountability, and an exacting attention to detail—skills Anastasia now applies seamlessly to luxury real estate in the greater Rochester market.

Her background equips her to manage complex transactions, market properties with intention and reach, and offer her clients collaborative problem-solving.
