Zuzana was great to work with. I told her a specific timeline things need to get done and what kind of house I was looking for and we got right to work. We found the house and made the move to buy quickly. Zuzana was attentive to all the documentation I needed complete and also has great connections to lenders, contractors, cleaners, everything one needs to have the home they want. Zuzana is a warrior. She is the most resourceful, engaged, attentive, and communicative real estate agent I've met in my extensive search for the specific types of properties that I have been seeking for the past several years. She is a consummate professional. Every deliverable she creates is accurate, well-explained, and tailored to the specific situation that the client requires. She doesn't simply rubber stamp things; she thoughtfully considers and carefully reads everything that is sent to her to insure that it meets her exacting standards. During the process of the purchase that she and I just completed, the seller's agent was problematic. For the duration of the process, she was tenacious and proactive. The seller's agent's behavior could easily have undone the contract once we had initially signed it; indeed, I wanted to back out specifically because the seller's agent was performing so abysmally. But Zuzana was persistent and cut through the difficulties that the seller's agent posed. When the seller's agent would send incomplete documentation, Zuzana would followup with him promptly and directly, compelling him to do his job appropriately. And through the entire process, Zuzana maintained a positive outlook. When it seemed that things might indeed fall apart, she proactively began to search for additional properties that might meet my needs while simultaneously pursuing the seller's agent to get him to complete his basic tasks. In the end, her persistence paid off. She was able to negotiate effectively on my behalf with a very challenging and (surprisingly) unprofessional seller's team. She didn't let things slide and was meticulous in addressing all of the items and needs we had prior to closing. Additionally, her contacts on the lender, inspection, and property management fronts have been as professional and prompt as she is. She creates a professional environment around her and doesn't let the failures of other agents make her performance anything less than stellar. It has been a distinct privilege and honor to work with someone who is so passionate about her career, who takes her job so seriously, and who is so enthusiastic to see her clients in homes that are truly what they are looking for. I cannot say enough about her. She is outstanding.

I’m deeply drawn to homes with personality, uniqueness, and charm, and I truly enjoy every part of the process—from uncovering a property’s character to presenting it at its highest level, with complete dedication to my clients and their vision.

I moved to the United States from Prague, Czech Republic, almost 20 years ago. As a child, I grew up around real estate, which sparked my passion for homes and the stories they tell. That early exposure, combined with my professional experience, allows me to approach every property and transaction with a unique perspective.

I take a thoughtful and collaborative approach to every transaction, focusing on clear communication, transparency, and a seamless experience from contract to close. I work with heart and believe strong, long-term relationships are the foundation of meaningful success, whether I’m guiding clients or collaborating with fellow agents.

Outside of real estate, I love nature and the mountains and try to hike as much as I can. Traveling the world is also a passion, which inspires my appreciation for design, architecture, and unique homes across cultures.
