Felicia is a REALTOR from a family of civil engineers, land developers and interior construction designers of Nashville and West Tennessee. Several generations of her family have been realtors in Nashville.

Felicia is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky with a diverse client base including Corporate, Medical, Military, Music and Sports. Her intensive focus and background in new construction for two decades have helped her expand her portfolio to include renovations, design and staging opportunities. Felicia's family are amongst the original signers of the Cumberland Compact which formed Nashville. Her mother's family is deeply rooted in Belle Meade and is known for contributing to the economic development of both Nashville and the surrounding areas. Felicia is also from a long line of equestrians. Personally, she owned Tennessee Walking Horses, American Saddlebred and Quarter Horses. Several cousins have been widely respected in the thoroughbred community having notably ridden on the Steeplechase Circuit.
