With over seven years of experience in real estate investing and a strong background in off-market acquisitions, Chardeline brings a unique investor mindset to every transaction.

As a licensed REALTOR® and investor concierge, she specializes in helping buyers, sellers, and investors identify opportunities that build long-term wealth. Her expertise includes luxury residential sales, investment properties, development opportunities, and off-market transactions throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.

Chardeline is particularly skilled at negotiating value for her clients and helping them understand the numbers behind every deal, from price-per-square-foot analysis to renovation potential and long-term appreciation. Her experience working directly with investors, developers, and homeowners gives her clients a strategic advantage in competitive markets.

Originally from Haiti and now proudly serving the South Florida community, Chardeline is passionate about helping families and investors make confident real estate decisions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Memorial University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Florida International University.

Outside of real estate, she is a devoted mother of two boys and believes strongly in building legacy, financial independence, and generational wealth through real estate.
