About Jennifer

A Charlotte native, I bring a deep understanding of the neighborhoods, architecture, and lifestyle that define this city. Having grown up here, I’ve watched Charlotte evolve into a dynamic market while maintaining the sense of community that makes it such a desirable place to live, build a career, and raise a family.

After graduating from the College of Charleston, I returned home to begin my real estate career with a local homebuilder—an experience that shaped the way I approach real estate today. With more than 18 years of experience in homebuilding, including construction, purchasing, estimating, and operations, I offer clients insight that extends well beyond the transaction.

This background allows me to thoughtfully evaluate homes, recognize quality and potential, and provide strategic guidance—particularly in new construction and high-end properties, where details, execution, and long-term value matter most. My approach is measured, informed, and client-focused, ensuring every decision is made with clarity and confidence.

I live in South Charlotte with my family, and both of my children were born at the same hospital where I was born—a personal reflection of the roots I maintain in this community. Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active, supporting live music, and traveling, experiences that continue to shape my appreciation for thoughtful design and lifestyle-driven living.
