Stephanie is a founding agent for Island Home Group.  She has served in a variety of leadership capacities throughout her professional career in the land use industry including regional land and marine conservation, economic development, and as a consultant on industrial UNESCO world heritage projects (Canada and Ireland). In her free time, she enjoys pickleball, hiking, sea kayaking, and travel.  She is a former college athlete tennis and rugby (Gonzaga University) and holds advanced degrees in Public Administration (MPA) and Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) from the University of Oregon.  She is the mother of a son (Firefighter/Handiman) and Foster daughter (Portland wine and cheese monger). She was born and raised in McMinnville, Oregon, and is a residential REALTOR® specializing in primary and second home properties, airplane hangars, docks, and the occasional marina. She splits time at her home on Shaw Island with her husband (retired estate planning attorney) or her condo on San Juan Island --depending on where her clients need her.
