Being a first time home buyer, Susan Lee did a wonderful job of making sure we understood the process and was great with answering any questions we had. She also has people she works with all through the process to make everything easier. Just in case you don't know who you are gonna get your loan from or so forth. Her partners are also very helpful with the loan and title process. She made sure to keep in touch with us during the closing process and even after the closing was completed, to make sure everything was good, and that there were no unanswered questions.

In 2013, after 20 years of owning a recruiting firm placing individuals in top level positions across the country, Susan transferred her skills utilized in that industry to the real estate world. The two most stressful situations in life are changing jobs and home selling/purchasing. Susan utilizes her highly developed skills of communication and negotiation from her years in the placement of professionals and applies them in her real estate career. She understands how important it is to listen, identify, negotiate, and be available to her clients throughout the entire process of life changing events such as a home purchase. The goal Susan has for her listing clients is to sell their home at the best possible price, in the most timely manner, with the least amount of inconvenience for them! The goal for her buyers is to make the best possible purchase that fits their needs and future plans, no matter how long it takes! Susan is no stranger to the real estate world having owned and managed multiple apartment buildings in the Minneapolis area. She has also owned homes in the communities of Minnetonka, Bloomington, Eden Prairie and Edina where 5 of her 6 children graduated from Edina High School.
