Bethany was a great help with our home search. She isn’t one of those realtors who just sends you MLS searches that you could do yourself. Instead, she digs deep and finds out exactly what you need to know about a given property, whether by contacting other realtors, calling local contractors, or scouring the internet. She also has a good understanding of the current real estate market and her clients’ preferences, and how the latter can be taken care of in the former. She knows the building industry and the costs/timelines of updates, additions, etc., and she also knows the local neighborhoods and their personalities and pluses and minuses - great for out of town buyers like ourselves. Additionally, she is good at quickly getting her clients through the closing process and has a wide range of lenders, title agents, inspectors, and contractors whom she can recommend. In short, Bethany provided us with real value added which, in my opinion, is too rare in the real estate industry. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a helpful, engaged, and knowledgeable agent.
