I just want to take this time to express the wonderful service my 86 year old mom and I received from our realtor, Maria Rodriguez, in the fall of 2018. My mom has lived in the same home in Whittier for over 50 years and it became time for her to live closer to me in San Diego. The transaction of purchasing a home in San Diego was done by phone & computer due to my mom living 2 hours away. Maria was very patient answering all my mom's questions over the phone, and with guiding her step by step on signing documents on a computer. Any questions that my mom or I had, Maria was always quick to respond with an answer, and if she did not know the answer she always took the time to find someone who did and got back to us as soon as possible. Maria did a great job of making the entire purchase process go smoothly! She is very pleasant to work with, which is so important when dealing with the stress of purchasing or selling a home.
