About Kimberly

Born and raised in Northeast Florida, as well as working the entire 7 County Region since 1991, I bring a unique perspective and understanding of the Region.

I served in the United States Marine Corps, stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA and lived in Carlsbad, CA. I understand the PCS process and bi-coastal moves. Working with our active duty and veteran community is very important to me.

My journey to becoming a REALTOR was intentional, brought out of tragedy, and in God's time. Over the years real estate (residential & commercial) has played a big role in my professional chapters, along with the A/E/C industries. Now I'm a practioner of real estate and love it. It takes all my professional experience and wraps it up in a box with a nice bow.

I love bringing my personal first time home buying journey to the mix when working with first time home buyers. There are many factors that can be overlooked. I keep it fun and real.

No matter the price point, I treat every client with the same respect and level of service. 

July 2024 an associate and I started a team, The Northeast Florida Group. We added three more members to our team to round out our offerings which include: Real Estate, Investment, Developent, and Construction. Our construction services have been primarily luxury. We will build custom and spec. and bring architectrual and interior partnerships to the mix if needed. We have expertise in zoning, entitlements, and setbacks that is critical to the proces, along with a proprietary software called BuildPath that helps bring reality to the process.
