Our family began looking at moving to the Treasure Valley because of all the great things we had read. We loved the homes we viewed online but had no idea where we wanted to live and where to start. We connected with Jerod on Realtor.com. How lucky were we!!! He spent days with us on our multiple scouting trips. Jerod was very patient, always available and did not pressure us in anyway. A year into our journey, we decided on a new build in Eagle Idaho. Jerod was our liaison with the builder and kept us connected throughout the whole building process. Since we resided out of state, Jerod sent pictures and maintained a constant line of communication. In May of 2025, Jerod and his team continued to shine when we had a seamless on time close. Jerod truly has your best interests at heart! We give him and his team a 10 out of 10!

My husband and I have bought and sold several homes, in different states, and Jerod (by far) has been our favorite realtor. Very helpful and responsive. I felt like he went through steps and was as thorough as if he would be if he was buying the home himself. He was patient, explaining each step and form, and took the time to show us many homes, while learning what we were looking for. Great realtor and would definitely work again with him in the future.

We have been giving it lots of thought how to detail such beyond realtor review, so I'll write a short one for those that like basic and straight to the point and for those that love to read more details. (1)If I could give more starts I would , JEROD LEE. Is very professional, punctual, well knowledgeable and one call n text away . Cares about his clients and understands and any questions one might have he does his best to get the answer. Highly Recommend !!!!! (2) JEROD LEE , is the realtor many should learn from . We met back late 2021 and early 2022. My husband and I where in a mission to find a bigger home that fit our budget and family needs, Not once did Jerod pressure us in buying a home. He actually acknowledged our family needs and wants . He even point out pros and cons as well. Wich we love because at first try we got denied But we didn't give up nor did Jerod pressure us in buying something that was not in our budget. Time went buy and Jerod was kind and friendly and check in here and there on us . During this time we postpone searching for a bigger home. But, curiosity hit us again to look at homes and luckily Jerod was there again to help us out. Not only did he help us find a home BUT as well help us sale our 1st home. Selling a home and buying a 2nd home same time was not easy and scary and lots of patience. Thank God for Jerod , he stick by our corner and help us out every step of the way, was not easy but at the end worth it. If we didn't understand something Jerod did his best to help us understand, I mention this because in documents many words and numbers , that where new to us sounded like a hole different language we didn't understand, not once where we shy or felt stupid to ask because Jerod was very kind and patience and professional to explain word by word and number by number. If we had to text or call Jerod he made sure to get back to us by end of day. We can not thank Jerod enough for helping us out in this journey and being so beyond! Kind and professional with us. Now we are new owners to a new home 2024. I can not express how beyond happy we are with Jerod. After seeing many and I mean many homes , Jerod heard us out , That has to be my favorite thing about Jerod , he listen and was honest with us to. Many realtors just want to sell and forget about the clients reality living. Jerod, understood the mission and accomplished it perfectly.
