Patti Gottwein’s service philosophy started long before real estate. Growing up in her family’s restaurant, a sign hung above the door: “The finest people on earth pass through this door — my customers.” That belief shaped everything — how she listens, how she shows up, and how she treats every client who trusts her with one of life’s biggest decisions.

With 25 years in Colorado Springs, Patti specializes in luxury real estate across the Pikes Peak region.
