I was impressed with her expertise and knowledge not only of the market and the area… But her negotiation skills, her response time and communication. If you need work done on your home buying or selling… She has licensed reputable businesses that will basically drop what they’re doing to come give you a bid and schedule the work in a professional and timely manner at competitive pricing. She truly is a one stop Realtor… And she does not stop till she gets the job done! I can’t say enough good things about her… She’s just that good!

Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Paradise valley, Phoenix, AZ. Lori is the best realtor we have ever worked with! She went above and beyond to make our purchase go as smooth as possible. We purchased a home out of state and when we weren’t there, she was more than willing to go to the house at any time we had a question and even to put packages in for us! 5/4/2019 • smithmarr8 Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in Paradise valley, AZ. My husband, Alex Marr, and I met Lori Cedarstrom when we transferred from Orange County, CA to Phoenix, on Five Year relocation. My husband’s Firm advised us to ‘rent only’, as the Phoenix market was still slow to recover. Lori was my life-saver. She understood me immediately, style wise. It’s hard, in Paradise Valley (our area of choice), when most houses are 6,000 sq ft+ on an acre or more. Together, after some fast work, we found a rental house, and signed a lease, effective July 1, 2015. Lori, Alex and I stayed in touch over the months (and years.) During that time Alex introduced one of his Partners and his family to Lori, who was about to relocate to Phoenix. In 2016, Lori found the family a gorgeous home, and worked very hard to ‘close the deal.’ The house had significant ‘RE Issues’, as I call them, which would make the most seasoned real estate broker throw up her hands! Lori, the ultimate professional, worked diligently with both sides. I knew our friends (my husband’s Partner) would eventually prevail, due to Lori’s knowledge and experience (they did.) Alex and I finally decided to purchase a home in Paradise Valley ourselves, and with Lori began looking in the summer of 2018. Lori was trooper, taking me to many houses, which weren’t quite right. Finally, before Thanksgiving, we found ‘our house’, but so did three other potential Buyers. On Lori’s advice, we backed off. Lori and I continued to look at other houses, but nothing struck our fancy as ‘our house’. After New Year’s, Lori did her magic, found out the potential buyers could not come to terms with the Sellers. Lori, our Pro, said, “Let’s see what happens if we make an Offer.” I’m not going to give away her strategies, but she’s patient when she needs to be and other times assertive. The Sellers accepted our Offer and we were off! Lori simultaneously managed the sellers’ agent (he decided to take a vacation to Bali during this process); the Mortgage company and their auditors; the Title company; the Appraiser; the Inspector (and two re-inspections); arranged for and verified the repair work required in the inspection; secured the Home Warranty; and obtained all the multitude of electronic sign-offs required throughout the escrow and closing. In hindsight, I’m astonished at the volume of work of work on Lori’s side. She was cheerful, professional, met every deadline, and in a thoughtful way, prompted her counterparts of their deadlines. Our transaction was ‘relatively’ straight forward, from my POV, other than that the husband and wife Sellers were not speaking, their agent was on vacation, and the Sellers took many ‘short cuts’ when remodeling, all of which had to be fixed before closing. Ultimately, we got ‘our house’ because Lori and her vendors are the best. I neglected to mention Ryan Buckley, Lori’s very professional and experienced associate. They make a terrific team. We highly recommend Lori Cedarstrom and Ryan Buckley, and know they will be the right choice for you. We will always use them.
