I immigrated to the United States from the Philippines in 2010 and relocated across three states before making Washington home. That journey, navigating the uncertainty of starting over, learning unfamiliar systems, and building something lasting from the ground up, shapes everything about how I serve my clients today.

I served in the United States Navy, where I learned that preparation, discipline, and follow-through are not just values but habits. I earned my MBA with a foundation in engineering and finance, giving me the analytical framework to evaluate markets, assess properties, and protect my clients' interests with precision.

I specialize in residential real estate on Seattle's Eastside, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, and surrounding communities.
