Literally the best experience I have ever had. Tracy and her team are on top of everything. Communication, efficiency, and caring. I had so many questions throughout the process being unfamiliar with how things work, but they were happy to answer everything and make me feel comfortable about the process. I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone at the Kerzanet Group. If you need a realtor who is exceptional, go with Tracy for home buying and selling. Absolutely phenomenal.

We worked with Tracy, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know anything about the process. From day one, Tracy has been above and beyond. She explained things well, she was very responsive, and, most importantly, she got us into the neighborhood and the house we wanted. After the purchase, she was incredible. She gave us great advice, was very helpful in scheduling and keeping up with everything that was coming our way. My wife and I joked a few times about how easy the process was. And that wasn’t because buying a home is easy; it was because working with Tracy made it easy. We couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Tracy and her team!

About Tracy

Tracy is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she studied Fashion Design and Merchandising and minored in marketing. Mom of two, a Benedictine College Prep graduate who’s currently attending Graduate School at the University of Virginia and another who’s completing studies at St Gertrude. They have a ridiculously funny English bulldog (featured often on our page), Winnie (and previously Weezy). Over her 20 year career, she has consistently performed in the top 1-2% of all agents in the Greater Richmond market, running her business nearly 100% by referral (not from advertising)….which is proof of her gold standard service and unmatched skills! She serves the entire Greater Richmond Region including Bon Air, Midlothian, Moseley, Glen Allen, Short Pump, City of Richmond, Henrico, Hanover, Powhatan, Amelia, Goochland, Chesterfield, and Chester. It would be Tracy’s pleasure to take excellent care of you during your next purchase, sale or provide guidance through investing. When she isn’t working, she enjoys attending her kids sporting events, visiting the bay to relax, listening to podcasts (usually about real estate) or looking for her next real estate investment opportunity.
