About Kathryn

Kathryn began her real estate career in 1997 as a new home sales agent with Lennar in Colorado. In 2000, she joined Coldwell Banker, where she further developed her expertise in residential sales, luxury properties, investment real estate, 1031 exchange transactions, and property management.

In 2015, Kathryn and her family relocated to the Charlotte area, which they proudly call home. During those years, she managed her family’s real estate investments while homeschooling her two children, deepening both her appreciation for home and her understanding of the role real estate plays in creating stability, legacy, and meaningful family experiences. In 2023, Kathryn returned full-time to the profession she has always loved, joining Realty One Group Revolution in Charlotte.
