About Traci

With more than two decades of industry experience, Traci has developed extensive knowledge in residential real estate, brokerage operations, market analysis, contract negotiations, and client representation. Throughout her career, she has served as a Broker Associate with Century 21 in Lubbock, managed a Century 21 brokerage in Odessa, and owned and operated Bullard & Associates, where she successfully guided clients through a wide range of real estate transactions.

After relocating to South Texas with her husband to pursue another career opportunity, Traci returned to real estate—an industry that has always remained close to her heart. Her deep understanding of the market, combined with her commitment to integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service, allows her to confidently help buyers and sellers navigate every stage of the real estate process.

Traci is also deeply invested in her community. She actively volunteers and serves on the Board of Directors for the Rockport Area Association of Realtors. In addition, she serves on both the Building Standards Commission and the Zoning Board of Adjustments for the City of Rockport, giving her valuable insight into local development, property regulations, and community planning.

Traci is grateful to call Rockport home, where she lives with her husband, Paul, and their beloved dogs, Goliath and Sheba.
