I found Tina by doing a web search for realtors in Pagosa Springs CO. I liked her profile because she seemed to be down to earth and enjoyed the outdoors. When we spoke on the phone, she asked me many good questions to evaluate what I was looking for. We scheduled a time to meet. Tina arrived on time well prepared with hard copy info on a slew of properties she had picked out for us to visit based on my interest. With her knowledge , she discouraged me from some and helped me evaluate the pros and cons of each. When it came down to the property I decided on, TIne said “Are you sure? Don’t you want more time to think about it” She had my best interest in mind, the opposite of rushing me to close the deal! Since I was later out of town she did many extra things for me including walking the property again with me on a video call. Most importantly, Tina is a good person, honest, caring and dependable!

Born in California and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark, Tina developed a love for the mountains during visits to Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite. Drawn by the area's exceptional lifestyle, she and her family made Southwest Colorado home in 2005.

Before entering real estate, Tina successfully owned and operated a 5-star organic spa and esthetics school in Durango, where she built a reputation for outstanding client service and business excellence. Today, she brings that same dedication, attention to detail, and personalized approach to every real estate transaction.
