What do Clients Say?
I cannot say enough good things about our Realtor, Kale Corey! He was able to accomplish what other Realtors could not. Kale was our listing agent for our Capitol Hill (Seattle) property. We were quoted a listing timeframe of 5.5 months on the market by Realtor #1, who turned us down, saying they already had too much inventory. And we were quoted 3.5+ months from Realtor #2 who was located outside the Seattle area. We initially listed with Realtor #2 and received just one viewing in the first week. We ended up switching over to Kale, and we had radically different results! From the moment we met him, my husband and I felt very reassured that we were in good hands. Kale is extremely personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and provided excellent communication throughout. He took the time to answer all our questions and helped me to understand his thought processes. We trusted him with every decision and strategy, and I'm so glad we did! He accomplished this through several strategies: great suggestions and methods to reach a wider audience, wise marketing strategies, amazing staging and photos, and networking with other Realtors. He hosted two open houses back-to-back on the first weekend (our first realtor did not host any). As a result, 23 potential buyers came to see the property in the first 3 days. We ended up in a bidding war among 3 buyers, and ultimately got a great price! Kale worked hard for us and really earned every dollar of his commission! He is truly a miracle worker!! 6/5 Stars! HIGHLY recommend!!!
