Stephanie is a kind soul… that is not to say that she can’t get down into negotiations like a tiger. I've been selling real estate in the Argyle and Southwest Denton County corridor since 2012, and it's the only market I work — which means when you send me a referral here, they're getting someone who actually knows the streets, the schools, and the land.

My focus is luxury listings and acreage properties, a niche that requires a different kind of expertise: septic and well considerations, ag exemptions, custom builds, and buyers who are often relocating from out of state and need a steady hand. Over the past decade I've closed more than 300 homes and $175M+ in volume, and I've been named a Real Producers Top 500 Agent three years running. My team was also recognized as Top Team across our former brokerage in 2022, 2024, and 2025.

I recently moved my team to Real Brokerage, which gives us more flexibility to build out full-service support for referral clients — from first showing through closing — without losing the high-touch, relationship-first approach this market runs on.
