About Dori
Relocating to Florida wasn't just a move; it was the beginning of a new chapter. After making the transition from Pennsylvania, my husband, Patrick, and I experienced firsthand the many details involved in relocating across state lines. Thanks to the guidance of an exceptional local REALTOR®, our journey was seamless, giving us the confidence and peace of mind every buyer deserves.
That experience shaped the way I serve my own clients today. Whether you're searching for a waterfront estate, a second home, an investment property, or the place you'll call home for years to come, I believe the quality of your experience is defined by the professional you choose to represent you. Luxury real estate is about more than beautiful homes. It's about trusted guidance, local expertise, and an elevated level of service from beginning to end.
Today, Patrick and I are proud to call Anastasia Island home. The coastal lifestyle we once dreamed about has become our everyday reality. From sunrise walks on the beach and evening bike rides beneath the palms to dining at our favorite local restaurants, life here truly feels like a permanent vacation. It is a privilege to help my clients discover not just a home, but a lifestyle they will love for years to come.
Our Golden Retriever, Ruby, is living her very best life as an island dog and gives St. Augustine two paws up! With miles of dog-friendly beaches and countless restaurants that welcome four-legged guests, she has embraced coastal living just as much as we have.
Patrick and I are also proud parents of two grown children. Our daughter, Lexie, enjoys life in the Fort Myers area, while our son, Dirk, proudly serves in the United States Army and is currently stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. As an Army family, I understand the unique challenges and excitement that come with military relocations, allowing me to better serve clients navigating similar transitions.
Giving back to the community is an important part of my life. In my free time, I have the privilege of puppy sitting for the remarkable nonprofit K9s For Warriors, headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach. The organization trains service dogs for military veterans living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury, and military sexual trauma, with a mission to help end veteran suicide through the life changing partnership between veterans and highly trained service dogs. I care for dogs in the final stages of their training before they are paired with the veteran whose life they will forever change. It is one of the most rewarding experiences I have had.
When I'm not spending time with these incredible future service dogs, you'll often find me on the tennis courts representing Marsh Creek Country Club in the local league, paddleboarding the beautiful waters along Florida's First Coast or competing in road races and triathalons. Whether I'm helping clients find their perfect home or enjoying the coastal lifestyle myself, I feel incredibly fortunate to call St. Augustine home.
