About Chris

Born and raised in Pinellas County, Chris Curran has a deep connection to the St. Petersburg and Tampa areas. His calm demeanor immediately puts clients at ease, allowing Chris to redefine real estate through passion, honesty, and integrity. Originally from Largo, Chris graduated from Webber International University in Babson Park, where he served as captain of the men's basketball team while earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Chris began his real estate career in 2016, focusing on institutional acquisitions of scattered-site single-family homes for a large Wall Street hedge fund. Through this experience, he underwrote and analyzed more than 8,000 cash-flowing properties, giving him a rare depth of market insight that continues to make him an asset to investors in rental properties, multifamily opportunities, and short-term flips.

Today, Chris specializes in luxury real estate throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. Currently residing in South Tampa, he is an active member of the top-producing Paul DeSantis Group, where he leverages his knowledge and expertise to serve the team's luxury clientele. Chris also showcases his talent in the condo market, from downtown Tampa's urban condo lifestyle to the miles of beachfront condos along Pinellas County's coast. He holds several professional designations, including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and the Real Estate Staging Association's Certified Staging Advocate (CSA).

Beyond real estate, Chris's greatest passion is his family. He and his wife, Katie, are active members of their local church and give back by serving in several ministries. In his free time, Chris enjoys playing basketball, golfing, hiking, traveling, and going to the movies with his wife.
