I would recommend this agency and David because well they followed up and answered my questions. I just wrote a lengthy review about another realtor in the area that didn't answer my question because he said no offense but I am not going to work for free. My question was simple approximately what is land selling for per acre around Mineola for a larger tract. I just wanted a range I didn't want comps or anything else. David missed my call but followed and answered my question no problem. This is what I would expect from a good realtor.

When you have roots in a community, you love to help it grow. Mine run deep. The East Texas area has been my home since birth, and I can't imagine living anywhere else. Around 10 years ago, I chose real estate for my career and it quickly became my passion.
