Today marks 60 days since closing. This has been way over due but I waited for various reasons. Cori, this is from the heart! Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, and I can honestly say my experience was exceptional from beginning to end. What I appreciated most was that she never pushed me, but she also never allowed me to sit idle. She kept the process moving while always respecting my pace and my decisions. Every house I wanted to see, she made sure I had the opportunity to see. She respected my budget while also allowing me to explore homes that were above my price point so I could truly understand my options. At no point did I feel pressured into a particular house. She allowed me to make my own choice and supported me throughout the entire journey. She pointed out flaws and concerns that I never would have noticed on my own, helping me make informed decisions instead of emotional ones. During the blue tape walkthrough, she was right there beside me, catching details I missed and making sure nothing was overlooked. She was attentive, responsive, and never made me feel like I was just another transaction. If she saw me as a sale, she certainly never showed it. Whether I called or texted at the last minute, she always made time. She treated me like family while maintaining the professionalism of an outstanding Realtor. That balance is rare. I appreciate her far more than she will ever know. My home-buying experience was truly the best. After having probably the worst experience of our lives with a couple of local realtors and a deal falling through on a home we fell in love with to no fault of our own but because of a realtors inexperience and lack of knowledge- Cori swept us up and took us under her wing and we ended up buying her grandparents property that was near and dear to her heart. Even after closing three months ago she has staying in close contact with us and offered us support and guidance with our home remodeling projects and recommending local businesses/professionals. She is the sweetest and you can tell she loves people and loves her job and her knowledge of the market and the home buying/renovation process was just the icing on the cake.
