Jen was fantastic ! While I was more interested in the aesthetics of many homes, Jen was more observant of the details of each home - utility room, potential of water damage etc and she correctly stirred me to a better balance. Jen’s experience was golden and after 3 days of search she introduced me to MY dream home. It was a popular find as there were multiple offers. Jen came highly recommended, and from the moment we began working with her she displayed the utmost professionalism. The property needed cleanup and repair, and Jen helped organize and coordinate the work to insure the house and grounds were ready for sale. We were in Chicago most of time and were minimally involved in the process. Jen took it upon herself to get all the work done properly, and we received frequent reports on progress. Her extraordinary level of attention to all details of presenting the property in the absolute best condition resulted in a sale in two days! In addition to her skills as a realtor, Jen was a pleasure to work with. She has a pleasant personality and understood the sensitivities of working on a property that had been in our family for many years. Thanks to her, a difficult process became much easier. I highly recommend Jen!!

Well I guess you start by googling and reading every word that backs up a five star rating or not. Then you get a feeling or knowing of that person and whether you would connect. My husband found Jen Seabrooke based on her previous reviews and accomplishments as a person and the fact that she developed a successful career while raising a daughter on her own. She was a strong, knowledgeable woman with character. When we first met we were greeted by her dog Max who is always by her side. Jen spent much of the time reading us and trying to get a feeling of who we were and what was important to us. She was kind and intuitive and made us feel like we were about to be part of her family and not just clients. We found a home, Jen without hesitation told us how we needed to proceed. We trusted completely and now we are under contract and everything is moving along nicely. Thank you Jen Seabrooke for guiding us through this process. We look forward to staying in touch after our closing.

After compiling a list of 10 realtors, we did our research and talk to a lot of people. We decided on Jen Seabrooke of Berkshire Hathaway realtors. Jen is very knowledgeable and professional. She is very thorough when it comes to the paperwork. She sold our old home quickly and to our amazement we got more than we were asking for. She also helped us find our dream home. From the time we put the old house up for sale and then closed on our new home it was 33 days, amazing! Jen books she written are great sorce of information. It was great to be able to use the same realty company for both houses. Thank you Jen
