About Jenny

I was born and raised in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and there's nowhere I'd rather call home. I've watched our little corner of North Idaho grow and change over the years, and I feel fortunate to help people discover what makes this area so special.

Real estate, to me, has always been about more than buying and selling property. It's about people, relationships, and helping someone make one of the biggest decisions of their life with confidence. I take that responsibility seriously, but I also believe the process should be enjoyable.

I've built my business around honest conversations, thoughtful pricing, creative marketing, and being someone my clients can truly count on. I'm hands-on throughout the process, and I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves when something needs to get done.

Marketing is one of my favorite parts of the business. I love finding what makes a property special and telling its story through photography, video, social media, and strategic exposure. Every seller I work with gets a professional listing video, and my videos have passed 70,000 views. Whether it's a custom home, a mountain retreat, or acreage with room to breathe, every property deserves an approach that highlights what makes it unique.

I'm honored to have earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and GUILD recognition from The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Readers of Bonners Ferry Living magazine voted me Bonners Ferry's Finest Realtor in 2023, 2024 and 2025, and I'm a Top 3 finalist again for 2026. In the Bonners Ferry Herald's Best of Boundary County 2026, I took 1st Place for Best Real Estate Agent, Best Real Estate Agency and Best Commercial Real Estate Agent. That recognition means a great deal to me because it comes from the people I live and work alongside.

I serve on the 2026 Selkirk Association of REALTORS Board of Directors, and I've served on the Rotary Club board and with the Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce. I've also supported local food drives, community breakfasts and fundraisers, because being a good agent also means being a good neighbor.

My husband, Forest, has joined me in real estate. He brings more than two decades of sales and customer service experience, so our clients get two agents looking out for them.
