– Marketing Awards –
The Institute's Marketing Awards recognize its members who are raising the bar in the industry with innovative and effective marketing for luxury homes. This year, registrants to Leaders in Luxury are invited to submit entries in the following categories:
Marketing Award Categories
- Social Marketing Award - Finalists will be selected by a judge based on a submission that demonstrates the best use of social media to market and sell a property.
- Personal Branding Award - Finalists will be selected by a judge based on a submission that showcases the best marketing strategy to grow a personal luxury business.
- Innovative Marketing Award - Finalists will be selected by a judge based on a submission that displays the best use of data-driven marketing in a luxury market report to acquire new business.
Finalists for the judged categories will present their submissions during Leaders in Luxury 2018, and all attendees will be given the opportunity to vote on who will win!

Any active GUILD™ Member of The Institute who is registered to attend Leaders in Luxury 2018 may submit entries for the Marketing Awards. Finalists will be presenting their submissions, giving attendees an inside look at the best practices and strategies from their peers. All finalists must be in attendance to present their entry and, if selected, accept the award.
Yes! Please indicate the category or categories for your submissions on the entry form.
Your submission should be in a presentation format (such as PowerPoint) and demonstrate a complete story for the judges to understand your strategy and successful implementation that is relevant to the award category.
Please note that mailed materials will not be considered. If you have printed pieces that are relevant to your submission, we recommend taking photographs of them and including the photo or digital proof in your presentation slides.
All entries must be received by close of business on Friday, September 28, 2018.
