We, Donna & Rick Hamblen, are a husband and wife team with the Fine Homes & Estates Division of Platinum Real Estate Professionals in Cleveland, Ohio. Our niche is in Fine Homes & Luxury Estates which in the greater Cleveland area includes most new construction. Our office is located in Beachwood, Ohio. We also have offices in Aurora, Ohio and Willoughby, Ohio.
To ensure our clients get the broadest exposure, much attention, ample creative influence, & the best service possible, we partner with Mark & Denise Zervos to list and sell our luxury listings. We spend a large part of our time analyzing the local marketplace, researching current & future real estate trends, and educating ourselves on an ongoing basis to ensure we stay tops in our field. We pass this knowledge along to our clients so they understand the market we're in.
We have worked at other brokerages in the area such as Howard Hanna, Century 21, & Keller Williams. Prior to Real Estate, we both worked for ABB (Asea Brown Boveri) formerly known in Cleveland, Ohio as Bailey Controls. In our former roles, we both traveled the world extensively and managed multi-million dollar customer training and global marketing activities for the service industry. We also set up and participated in technical trade shows and other promotional events across the USA. Throughout our careers at ABB, we negotiated multi-million dollar technical training & service contracts with decision makers at manufacturing plants around the world. We believe this experience gives us a strong competitive advantage in the real estate market.
