WOW!! We can't say enough great things about Cyndee & Jack. We live in Colorado and were interested in purchasing a beach condo to use mainly as a vacation rental investment. Our Colorado realtor recommended Cyndee and her team. We had about 2 dozen internet properties that we were interested in from Clearwater to St. Pete’s. Cyndee’s expertise and knowledge of zoning, market, area, etc. was very instrumental in steering us in the right direction. Cyndee eliminated about 1/2 of these properties due to location, condition, condo management ratings and rental income & expenses. It was very refreshing to have someone give an honest opinion and not waste our time by looking at places that did not meet our criteria. We spent a full day looking at properties, talking about our likes & dislikes of each property, the potential income estimates, and getting to know each other. We found a condo community we liked but wanted a unit on the beach. We never felt pressured into purchasing something that didn’t meet our expectations. A month later Cyndee sent us a new listing for a property that had everything we were looking for. Cyndee and her team did everything necessary to make sure our purchase went smoothly from start to finish. This is where most realtors would feel their job was completed. But not Cyndee! Since we’re new to the vacation rental ownership business and were purchasing a condo out of state we were going to need a lot of help. Some of the things that went beyond our expectations are: 1) helped us find a local gentleman to manage the rentals of our condo, 2) recommended a contractor to paint the interior of the condo, 3) personally provided access to the condo for the painter and the cable company, 4) Cyndee came by the condo and moved the balcony furniture inside when threatened by Hurricane Dorian, 5) Cyndee's gift to us was having a professional photographer take pictures of our condo for our vacation rental listing. A few years ago, Cyndee represented us in the purchase of a cute, modestly-priced condo in a building with appealing amenities. The sellers faced international tax consequences, which had hindered their previous buyers. Cyndee and Jack had the expertise to help those sellers work through the transaction’s complexities to complete the sale. We were very satisfied with their knowledge, assistance and persistence. We did a good bit of remodeling in our 1970s condo, and liked how our projects worked out. Cyndee kept in touch, and we had some good visits. Then, our personal situation led us to list it for sale. The condo complex was still suffering some impacts from the hurricane, and there were several competing listings in our buildings. We had followed sales in our neighborhood, and there were plenty of realtors advertising their services, but we knew that Cyndee and Jack would do their darndest to get us a good result in a competitive environment. They were reassuring at tough junctures, and their optimism led to a good result. Cyndee is remarkably skilled at staging, and gave us the guidance to make our place look its best. She hired a near-magician with light and shadow whose photos made the condo appear outstanding. Buyers pass by unskilled photos, and even professional photos vary in quality, and buyer appeal. Our listing photos were remarkably good. In short, Cyndee and Jack came through with a purchaser. We are sorry to have left our cute Florida condo behind, but very happy to have had them on our side.

Cyndee performed a comprehensive market analysis. She advised and helped on needed work to stage the home properly. She engaged a professional photographer to take pictures inside and out, including aerial views with a drone. She prepared a listing that included all information on the home and distances to local points of interest such as the Library, hospital, shopping, schools, etc., very impressive. She then advertised on line and multiple listing of course, followed by an open house. The home was sold the same day at full price! She then handled all the closing details to complete the sale. I would definitely recommend Cyndee Haydon and would use her services again without reservation. By the way, I also used her services to close on a new home, even though I could not be at the closing.

They are good consultants, can translate your requirements into a home and are excellent negotiators. You want to stay in touch after you buy.
