I contacted like 3 or 4 Realtors and they were all great but we're not what I was looking for. I needed someone who acknowledged and understood my situation with no pressure, no judgement and no stress. I found that in Ms. Tiffiney. I only spoke to her on the phone but I knew she was the RIGHT person for the selling of our home. I read her reviews and after speaking to her I saw why her reviews were highly favorable. She assisted us long distance and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and her staff/counter parts. She was always kind, understanding and willing to do work with what ever we presented to her. I was very confident in her and she got our home sold very quickly. i am so glad we contacted her and I would definitely contact her again if we should decide to buy another home in the area. Thank you to you Ms. Tiffiney and all you did to make this a stress-free painless quick process.

Tiffiney handled our home sale flawlessly. She was always available for questions and assistance in any way that we needed her. She came to our house multiple times to give advice and direction before we even signed a sales contract. She was always prompt to call and let us know what the prospective buyer said about our home each time there was a showing. Her knowledge and expertise in the sale and negotiation process was stellar. We really enjoyed working with Tiffiney. She works very hard and we give her the highest recommendation.

About Tiffiney

Tiffiney Graham

My passion is helping people and families find their perfect home!

Tiffiney Graham is the oldest of identical “mirror” twins, born in Atlanta, GA, on June 30th 1975. Her family later moved to Kennesaw, GA, where her younger sister was born in 1978.  Tiffiney is very close to both of her sisters, parents and extended family.  Her large family spends a lot of time together, socializing, traveling and enjoying each other’s company.

Tiffiney and her family moved to Schweinfurt, Germany in 1989, when she was nine years old, where her parents worked for the military in Civil Service positions.  In 1986, her father was transferred to Heidelberg, Germany, where the family lived in the small town of Gaiberg, near the famous Heidelberg Castle, where Tiffiney and her sisters grew up playing on the castle grounds.  In the summer of 1989, her family moved to Berlin, Germany, one of her favorite places to live.  She attended the John F. Kennedy School, which was a German/American school.  Her travels and interactions with the military and European communities shaped her love for travel, viewing different cultures, trying different foods and great interest in people.

Tiffiney grew up working early, first as a babysitter and then various jobs within the military community during the summers to help purchase her school clothes and have her own spending money.  One summer, she even worked in a German movie in Berlin and learned a lot about movie making, it was hard work, but it paid really well!

After moving to the United States at 16 years old and settling in Columbus, GA, Tiffiney worked as a waitress during the summer and after school, a job she knew she was not bound to continue.  When she was a junior in High School she received her CPR, Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor (WSI) training certificates and began working in the summers as a lifeguard and swim instructor to start saving for college.  Tiffiney also worked as a bank teller the summer of her senior year as well as teaching swim lessons in the evenings.

Tiffiney knew she wanted to attend college and become a Pharmacist, so she began looking at colleges her senior year and applied to Sweet Briar College, a private women’s liberal arts college in Sweet Briar, VA.  It was an exciting day when the mail was delivered, and she was accepted.  However, her family didn’t know how they were going to pay for it!  Her parents supported her decision; however, many scholarships and loans were still needed to make her dream come true.  Tiffiney graduated from Shaw High School in June 1994 and started college in August 1994. The summer of her sophomore year she was required to do an internship in the field of her degree. She was geared towards graduating with a Chemistry/Biology degree in the hopes of attending medical school for Pharmacy upon graduation.  She completed an internship with a local pharmacist and decided this was not the field she wanted to continue a career in, so back to the drawing board.  What else interested Tiffiney?  During these formative years it was hard for her to decide; however, she had to make a decision.  She decided on Math and Economics since these were fields she excelled in, although she had no idea what she would do with this degree would after graduation. Tiffiney graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Math and Economics in May 1998.

Tiffiney had previously worked with Synovus as a bank teller, so upon graduation from college, she was asked to join a Traveling Teller Training Team.  In 2001, Tiffiney took a management position with TSYS as a Business Web Development manager.  Her team was tasked with creating applications that could help various groups internally within the company.  Tiffiney loved this job and the creativity that it allowed.  In 2003, she became a Project Manager, managing large projects for TSYS’ clients.  This was also a job she loved with the fine balancing act of working with outside clients and making sure that they were well supported.

Tiffiney met her husband, Bart Graham, at TSYS and they were married in August 2002.  They bought their first home immediately as they realized the importance of owning a home vs. renting a one.  They also welcomed a baby Jack Russell Terrier, Meg, into their family.

In 2004, Tiffiney decided to take night courses for Real Estate as she had always loved homes and most importantly helping people.  She obtained her Real Estate license in May 2004 and started working part-time evenings and weekends while keeping her full time day job to see if she liked it and she loved it!  In December 2004, Tiffiney decided to resign from her full time job and go “cold turkey” into real estate sales!

Tiffiney started practicing real estate full time in January 2005 in Columbus, GA.  She quickly received her Alabama Real Estate license as well, since Columbus, GA and Phenix City, AL are only minutes apart.  Although Tiffiney took a few years to learn the real estate business she quickly became the top salesperson at her company in 2007.  This was the first goal she had set for herself when becoming a Realtor.  There were many small goals she first had to overcome to achieve this large goal.  Throughout the years Tiffiney has won many real estate awards for her excellence in service and has continued to do so.  Her clients have helped her reach her most important goal and passion, and that is of helping people!

Tiffiney and her husband welcomed a baby boy, Caleb, on August 24th, 2005, also their wedding anniversary, a very special gift!  Having a newborn and starting a career was a huge undertaking, the emotional and financial struggles were real, however, this made Tiffiney even more focused and more organized.

In March 2010, Tiffiney was approached by Keller Williams Realty, a franchise real estate company, about opening a local office. This was very overwhelming and frightening as the real estate market had just seen a huge slump and people were just beginning to feel comfortable purchasing real estate again.  It seemed like an impossible task!  However, a group of local Realtors (mostly women) came together in May 2010 and courageously opened Keller Williams Realty River Cities.  This company has grown to 200+ agents and one of the leading real estate companies in the local and surrounding markets.  They recently opened a second office in Phenix City, AL in September 2019.  Today, Tiffiney is one of the top Realtors in the surrounding area and the top salesperson with her company.  She is an over achiever with setting high goals, knocking them out of the park and having to reset her goals throughout each year.  This is very exciting for Tiffiney as she loves competing with herself.

During Tiffiney’s career she did not have the luxury of having a mentor.  She’s figured out how to start her own business.  She’s had the luxury of working with the only real estate company that really teaches each Realtor how to run their own business.  The goal of the company is for each person/family to be successful for their selves.  The company even reinvests in each person through Profit Sharing to make sure of continued success.  Tiffiney runs her business by creating her own LLC and hiring an accountant to help with the financials.  Once she learned all she could from one accountant she hired another where she learned more about planning for retirement, purchasing a life insurance policy, and investing.

In 2023, Tiffiney obtained her GA Brokers License.

In Tiffiney’s free time she loves to travel, enjoys any activity on the water, loves spending time with her family, reading, and playing with her dogs, Missy, Annie & Lightning.
