It was nearly 30 years ago when I discovered my passion for real estate... nearlyby accident. After a spending a year in marketing, an amazing opportunitycame to me. A friend heard I was looking for a change and a client ofhers that was successful in real estate was looking for an assistant.Little did I know her client happened to be a top agent in NorthScottsdale. This was an incredible gift, a beginning that lead me towhere I am today. I was mentored by one of the greatest. I got my start inthe luxury real estate market where we spent a great deal of time marketingluxury golf communities and lifestyle. From there I branched out to theluxury home environment of Paradise Valley - completely different than NorthScottsdale luxury homes. These palatial estates have incredible history behindthem. Having experienced the best of both luxury markets, I am fortunate to havebeen able to sustain the changes in the marketplace. In 2006, I became a shortsale negotiation specialist and spent the good part of the last five yearsassisting homeowners with selling their homes that were currently underwater.
