Our process was probably longer than most since there weren't a ton of houses on the market; we asked Robin to take us to quite a few houses and she was patient and helpful and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. We were not super familiar with the city, and they took the time to familiarize us, giving us backgrounds on neighborhoods, planned development, and area schools. Robin was great at understanding what we were looking for and helping us find it. She even gave us tips on what to pay attention to when looking at a house. She answered so many questions for us, even questions we texted her on the weekend- she was quick to respond. By the end of the process, Robin and Scott felt like friends more than realtors. About Robin

Robin is a native Minnesotan, having grown up in Wabash, Minnesota on the Mississippi River. She obtained her degree from Concordia University majoring in Marketing and Management. Working twenty years at Mayo Clinic, she then started her Real Estate career in 2000.  She has been an extremely active member of the community including her volunteer work with Rochester Better Chance for the past 20 years.  Robin and her husband Scott raised their two children in Rochester and feel it is a great place to raise kids. She believes that her energy and dedication to the art of real estate paired with her passion for working with people is what sets her apart from her competition. Customer service is so very important to her and to everyone in the Gwaltney Group. She is a hard worker, she sincerely loves selling Real Estate and loves life in general. Her favorite thing to do in her spare time is to hang out with their young adult children.
