Natalie employed a professional photographer to take the photos which were posted online. The photos definitely helped sell our home in a week. Natalie is very responsive and always got back to us the same day when we had a question. We were advised each and every step of the process. Natalie made sure our buyers were well-qualified and that they had a solid offer on their home. She was present for the home inspection (which she did not have to be), and the appraisal so our home would be presented in the best possible light. She found a closing agent close to our home where we could sign all the documents. We honestly do not know what we would have done without Natalie’s guidance, experience and support during the process of buying our home. We were trying to move to the Orlando area to be closer to our son and grandson, we were an hour away, commuting daily and we needed to find a home quickly.
