I am not exagerating my ratings on Linda Chen. She opened my eyes in selling my bldg every step of the way and I learned a lot. She developed a smart strategy that believe got me the best price in just two weekends, and in a not so great area. She really does her homework so I never questioned. It didn't matter to her that was not expert in my area, She did her research. My bldg was a rent stabilized prop that had to go through a lot to be sold, and she had the manpower resource to help me through that . She and her team worked so hard that I really didn't need to deal with anyone else.
