Coming from an Entrepreneurial Family, Lee has been fortunate to learn at a young age what it takes to run a business.  Her family owned a retail store in Connecticut for most of her childhood.  Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in  Business Administrations degree she worked for Corporate America.  As a Senior Analyst at the Hartford Insurance Co. she traveled throughout the United States to their regional offices. Lee then moved to NYC and held a management position with Irving Trust, on One Wall St. After meeting and marrying Paul Kouri, she moved to Boston and became a Personnel Consultant where she was named  Rookie of the Year. Lee was very involved in her community and held several leadership roles in the various schools and organizations over the years. volunteer.
