Tye Truitt was our Realtor on the recent sale of our home. Unlike most of Austin, properties on the north side of Lake Travis are slower to sell. Tye's creativity and expertise accomplished the task when we were about to give up hope that we could ever move on to pursue a new adventure. Not only did Tye put our home on the MLS and the usual web sites but also had us in areas out of town that were known for seeking Austin properties. We would find our listing in Luxury home magazines, New York Times, California publications as well as foreign resources to name a few. The huge Sotheby's network was an invaluable tool that gave us world wide exposure. In addition Tye not only helped us to stage our home but is also an excellent photographer who created a beautiful listing brochure. He also used an ingenious technique to take overhead photos that maximized the setting of our lakefront home. In addition, he employed a drone to video our property that created a spectacular visual effect. The process of creating a strategy for the sale was always pleasant and never did we feel pressure to drop our price or give up value. Tye was always quick to follow up on a showing to return feedback and explain the options we had to address buyers' concerns. He made documents, plans etc. available to prospective buyer's agents, and never failed to impress with the provided information. During periods when we felt disappointment with the response to a showing he kept us positive and made the process go forward. If I had to pick his strongest asset, I would probably say it was his tenacity in the pursuit of every potential sale. During the negotiation when we found our buyer, he was professional and a strong negotiator. Since the closing he has remained in touch and has even contacted Sotheby's agents in Greece where we are currently considering a purchase. You would be wise to use Tye as your agent and I give him my highest recommendation.

One of the things I really liked about Tye was his ability to listen to what we wanted and then act on it. Too many times I’ve worked with Realtors that had their own ideas on what we wanted and didn’t listen all that much to what we were saying. I also liked his candor, giving us straight answers to hard questions. And most importantly, at the end of the day, or as was true in our case, at the end of the weekend we had a great house. I don’t think we could have done it as easily with someone else, so thank you again for going the extra mile. And finally, I really liked Tye's follow through.
