Denise is a New York/New Jersey native, she was raised in a culturally diverse community with strong family values.  In 1999, she was drawn to South Florida and has built her success while raising her daughter, Alyssa.  As a resident of Parkland and active member of the South Florida community, Denise has the knowledge and insight to move families forward in the ownership of a home based on what is most important to them.  Her spare time is spent mentoring young women, volunteering with local charities and cultivating small business ventures.
