Thank you, Susan Talarico and Team!!! In the beginning, we had the misfortune of hiring the wrong Realtors for the caliber of home we had and wasted a lot of valuable time. So before choosing a real estate agent, my husband conducted a lot of research in luxury real estate to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Susan Talarico and Team from Sothesby stood out as the best Scottsdale had to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on her site easily) and globally under the highly reputable Sothesby brand, their social media presence was strong, and we could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Suzan and her team at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Susan made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come to photograph our home in day time and night by a professional photograph company, get the aerial shots at every angle, and a lot more. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. Susan and her team's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Susan and her team executed security practices in screening and filtering every person that came into our home. She managed to spot a man from sneaking in that did not have an appointment and wanted to gain entry. She gave us peace of mind to keep out people who could potentially have ulterior motives for entering a home which from our first Realtor mistake was a huge concern. This person even in spite, wrote a nasty review about her to get even. My husband and I applaud Susan for stepping in as a shield that could have been life threatening. Not even 10 days later, a buyer that saw the property put in, a full price offer. Our house went under contract 8 days after we put it on the market at full price. We accepted and Suzan walked us through the whole negotiation for fixes needed for our home so the new buyers would be happy with their purchase. This was my first home I have never purchased out of the military. It was incredibly special to me and hard to leave since I had to relocate for a new position elsewhere. Susan even gave me a hard copy of my home to keep for sentimental reflection that I was truly touched, it brought me to tears. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Susan Talarico and her Team to everyone I know. She is a true professional and a genuinely straight forward, strong hold your ground type of Real Estate Professional and a refreshing example in integrity. I realize it will not always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you would be hard pressed to find a better Realtor than Suzan Talarico.
