I worked with Brandon Trowbridge on the sale of my childhood home after my Dad passed away. I have never met Brandon prior to this. The appraisal came back with a good size list of repairs as the house is 50 years old. Based upon my wishes, Brandon negotiated to get the repairs limited and hold the buyer responsible for the repairs. At the end, closing did get delayed, but not on our side.
