She had our best interest in mind from start to finish, and worked well with the seller's agent to get needed repairs handled. I have only good things to say about my experience working with Michelle Gurrera. I must admit that some of my previous experiences with other realtors left me cold, while with Michelle, it was warmth all the way, in part due to her own warm personality. She is also very knowledgeable about the Wilmington area and real estate in general, educating and guiding me through the selling a home to which I have been attached for many years.
