Amber has helped us with our real estate portfolio in Lakeway, as our Realtor, since early 2016. She has bought one, and sold two, of our high end properties in Lakeway. One great aspect of Amber’s selling method is that Amber and her Team work with the seller to fully prepare the house for sale. She uses a very qualified photographer that provides the visual aspects of the portfolio (including high tech videos of the property and drone photography). She gives detailed recommendations on getting the house ready for sale (Joey Lazeren does a good job of staging the home), having a plan to make the broker showing day a success, and preparing well thought out books that give interested parties all the detail needed to understand the property. The advertising plan is fully presented to the seller so they can see where their property will be presented. On the buy side she shows properties that are in line with the buyers expectations. She helps in valuations and discussing the good and the problems with a property. Overall the best recommendation is that she was successful in a timely manner to buy or sell our properties.
