Why give me a call?  Running through the streets of Dallas, Rockwall, Kaufman, and Collin counties I have experienced first hand many of the vibes that make a neighborhood special.  As an addicted home matchmaker and solution seeker, I have found the best way to be of service to my clients (both sell & buy) is to Run!  I learn best by doing.  By doing I am better able to guide, coach and cheer for and with my clients as the surprises and successes roll in a real estate transaction.  

A real estate transaction is a minefield.  My clients lean on my experience to avoid minefields.  I rely on my connections, endurance and natural can-do attitude to carry us all through to a transaction beautiful finish.
