About Brad

As a 40+ year Austin resident, Brad has a deep understanding of Austin’s neighborhoods, culture, developments and hot spots. Brad lives in Rollingwood with his daughter, Presley, and has strong ties in Austin. His passion for helping people, his vast local network and his extensive business background give him a unique advantage in guiding, advising and advocating for his clients.

As an experienced business leader, Brad knows that buying and selling a home is one of the most significant financial transactions of anyone’s life, and he has a history of helping people make smart, informed real estate investments. Prior to his career in real estate, Brad thrived as a retained executive headhunter, a successful business owner and investor. Clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to private wealth families have retained him to find that key executive to lead their organization to the next level of success. He was Founder and CEO of Leaderboard Technologies, a successful PMS software and financial services company, as well as a key investor and decision-maker in several lucrative businesses.

These skills and experiences give Brad a business-oriented, strategic approach in the field of real estate. Brad has a unique ability to understand and respond to the needs of any situation. He is a skilled negotiator who focuses on getting his clients the best results possible while always being mindful of both the personal and financial demands of each transaction.

Brad is integrally involved in the community and is passionate about giving back. He is Co-Founder and Chairman of Lonestar Legacy, a local nonprofit focused on providing children with the financial, medical or positive guidance they need to reach their full potential. Lonestar Legacy has made significant contributions to many local organizations including Austin Smiles, Dell Children’s Hospital, Strong Start, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Austin Children’s Shelter and many others. Brad also serves on the Eanes Community Leadership Council and is a past member of the Board of Directors of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area.
