Monika DeBenedictis has a proven sales track record and deals predominantly in Naples waterfront communities as well as luxury golf communities. Monika has been successful in every career path she has embarked upon. Her investment banking career spanned over a dozen years working for Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan. Starting out in Frankfurt, Germany she moved on to live in London and New York. In 1995 she and her husband, Frank, fell in love with Naples, Florida. She began another successful career in real estate where she has again excelled.

In 2004, Monika invited Michelle, her stepdaughter, to join her team after top-producer sales in advertising. Michelle's professional expertise, keen understanding of the latest technology trends, and focus on unrivaled service have created exceptional customer experiences. Originally from New Jersey, Michelle DeBenedictis-Vacondios has lived in Naples since 1997.
