About Lucia

I have enjoyed living the resort lifestyle and love to share it with everyone I can! I earned my real estate license over 33 years ago, and I have enjoyed the privilege of helping others to find their place of happiness. I have a background in new construction, custom home construction, luxury sales and marketing, and endless enthusiasm for the process. I am loyal to my clients and serve their needs with the intention of building long term relationships. Beyond traditional methods, I market my listings in a digital magazine format that is accessible to prospective buyers anywhere they have a smartphone or computer. Technology is necessary to keep up with the changing real estate market. I embrace it and move with the market to stay infront of trends that buyers are utilizing. Besides constant learning and staying on top of issues, among my professional tools, I have the benefit of a sense of humor. That, and my willingness to go above and beyond to make things happen, are just a couple ways that I am truly a Realtor Extraordinaire! It's a name I live up to! I have raised my two wonderful sons in Scottsdale. We have a Pomeranian named Chap and he is our little balck and white fluff ball of love. My eldest son Peter, graduated from ASU with two degrees, and received his MBA in Charleston, SC. He now serves our country as a USAF Pilot.

My younger son excels at the Japanese language. He is an accomplished skateboarder/videographer as well. I admire his tenancity. He falls again and again, but gets up each time until he has learned the trick. Sounds like good practice for life!

I have instilled in my children the same ethics I bring to my business. Be honest, loyal, tenacious, and be at the top of your game. Always look to improve, and you help yourself best by helping others.
