Dean Ladick was the Broker-Owner of Beach Quest Properties, LLC since 2008, but saw the benefit of a strategic alliance with Keller Williams Luxury International.  With more resources in his arsenal, he can better serve his buyers and sellers!  With a stronger emphasis upon being a buyer's agent, his primary focus is finding you the perfect home, given your particular requirements. However, he will work no less hard to sell your property. 

Contributing to his ability to assist his clients with their real estate transactions is his extensive knowledge of real estate finance. He owned a mortgage brokerage firm in Atlanta for almost 25 years.  With over 36 years of combined experience in these fields, he offers a unique knowledge and ability to lead you through successful transactions. In addition, he holds numerous designations, including: CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), FMS (Florida Military Specialist) and several others.  Very few brokers can offer credible advice on all aspects of a real estate transaction.

As a proud graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (home of Wharton School of Business) in 1987, he moved to Atlanta to begin his career and lived there for 18 years. However, having grown up in Miami & on Long Island, he longed to return to the beach. Since the beauty of Destin's sugar-white sand and emerald waters were always on his mind, he decided to make this paradise his permanent home.
