(5 out of 5 Stars) As absentee owners of a residence that we held as rental property, we needed a realtor that would take control of our property as if it were her own and get things done that were necessary without us being there ourselves. Holly really went well beyond the usual service for us. It was a somewhat difficult property to sell as most prospective buyers in the price range were looking for HFA financing and had little capital to deal with expenses of home ownership so the house had to be perfect for the buyer. We first had to obtain the HFA appraisal necessary to support our price point and Holly worked hard with the appraiser to make that happen. She then worked to get the house repaired as needed for HFA requirements. We had two contract withdrawasl in the due diligence period but Holly did not give up and got a new contract buyer in place almost immediately. We would recommend Holly to any seller that needs a good realtor that is just better than most anyone else because she works harder.

I have purchased and sold over a dozen houses on the west coast, east coast, north and south of Florida and never have I worked with a real estate agent as energetic, knowledgable and hard working as Holly. She goes to bat for her clients and makes you feel confident and comfortable through the entire process of purchasing property. From search to signature Holly always made sure my best interest was a priority. She is based out of Jupiter, but I am always surprised at her in Seth knowledge of all real estate markets covering the state. She has made countless drives for me to make sure my closing and negotiations were running smooth and efficient. This is a strong recommendation for Holly.

Since we were not local, this process could have been overwhelming, but Holly made it much more manageable. She was at the property many times handling things that we could not be present for. Holly makes herself available when needed and she is very detail oriented - sometimes I think she may have cloned herself with how efficient she is! She is very knowledgeable and well connected in the Jupiter area and was able to give us valuable insight on many things throughout the home buying and relocation process: neighborhoods, schools, contractors, etc. I highly recommend Holly for your real estate needs.
