My Father and Uncle taught me early the value of owning land and property. From farms in Ohio to Apartment buildings in Fort Lauderdale with commercial and residential investments in between, my lifetime of buying and selling Real Estate for nearly 40 years, 17 of which I have enjoyed as a Licensed Realtor, has taught me the potholes and the pit-falls as well as the pinnacles. Ihave been in your shoes many times and I know how to protect you.
