I am embarrassed it's taken me so long to write this, but I am finally taking the time to sit down and write about what a wonderful realtor and overall person that Monique is. She helped my husband and I sell our condo a couple years ago before we relocated to the bay area. The process was seamless and we were so honored to have met her. She was kind, attentive, and honest throughout the entire process. After 2 years, we wanted to move back to Redlands but I was very pregnant, which made trips down to SoCal to look at houses a little more cumbersome. Monique helped take so much stress out of the whole process. We found our dream home and put an offer in before even seeing it in person. We trusted her completely and she went above and beyond taking detailed videos of our house. It felt like we were really there! 4 months later and we couldn't be happier with our home with our new little family. Monique is the best of the best and I doubt you could find anyone else that even comes close to her.

Monique helped my husband and I sell our house in 7 days for a top price. She then helped us get us a fantastic new house for a great price and made sure that the investment company, who was selling the house, followed through on all the repairs that were promised. My Story, My Why

I am a Christian, a wife, a mother and a Realtor.  I adore family and it is my "why" for everything.  I am always up for a long road trip and upbeat music.  I cherish the beach, love a front porch, enjoy tasting good food and wine, and appreciate luxury real estate.

Prior to pursing a passion and opportunity in the Real Estate industry, I served in the US Army Reserves, attended University of California, Irvine and had a 20 year career in Sales & Marketing and Business Development.

Today, I am a full time, full service real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Kivett Teeters.  I believe the home selling experience should be personal and that my clients should experience a higher level of service.  I am a Global Luxury Specialist and I also hold a Smart Home Certification.  Buying or selling your home can be the single most important transaction of your life.  It is important you work with someone who can offer professional expertise, integrity, and the latest, most technically savvy resource tools in real estate.  

I believe I am in the relationship business which brings me back to my "why".  I absolutely love what I do!  I love that every family, couple, and individual has a story.  I am always honored to be part of their story and journey in buying or selling a home.  Real estate gives me the opportunity to help others meet their goals and "whys" all while taking care of my family.  It is why I work hard and why I love "guiding you home".
